THE ULTIMATE COLLABORATION TOOL FOR SUCCESS

The CRO Mastermind

about-mastermind-CRO

Why:

Over the years, I have been involved in several mastermind groups and have gotten many valuable insights and suggestions that helped me in my business. The power of many minds and perspectives creates solutions that one alone might never reach.

Fast forward to today.

Every week I receive several requests for more information and “can we discuss this issue” calls from CROs. To help CROs harness the power of many perspectives and experiences I have decided we are launching a mastermind group specifically for CROs.

A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring group used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members.

The Structure:

A group of 6-8 CROs from noncompetitive companies

Meeting virtually twice each month, for 90 minutes

Each meeting will be comprised of four segments:

  • Check-In - an update by each member
  • Hot seat - one preselected member presents a challenge, followed by two rounds of member feedback
  • To-do’s – selected by the hot seat member
  • Accountability - follow-up for all members

The Requirements:

A commitment from each member to prioritize and attend each meeting.

  • Starting on time.
  • Sharing, in general terms, the topic of your hot seat issue one week prior to the meeting.
  • Preparing for each meeting by having at least a basic understanding of that meeting’s hot seat issue.

Member Goals:

  • Develop a collaborative network of CROs.
  • Solve pressing issues.
  • Discover opportunities to leap forward with personal development or revenue planning.
