It offers a lucid and insightful view of a person's inherent, unwavering nature, setting it apart from conventional personality and behavioral evaluations.

The CVI is an innovative tool that goes beyond traditional personality and behavior metrics, unveiling your consistent driving forces and how you're inherently designed to impact the world.

  • Understand what you need to be most successful.

DISC assessment will have you on your way to learning more about your DISC personality style. After you complete the Free DISC Personality Test, you will immediately receive insights and tips about your personal style.

We have seen great progress with difficult situations such as:

  • A communication breakdown with a co-worker or family member.
  • Getting stuck in a conflict because someone was unable to bridge the gap with another person.,
  • Lowered (and removed) frustration because of being misunderstood by another person.
  • Removed (or reduced) the struggle to understand another person’s perspective.
  • Removed confusion by other people’s words and actions.

When you recognize your own style, are aware of the styles of others, and can adjust accordingly, you possess a distinct edge in every interaction. Naturally, like everything in life, this doesn't ensure victory. But what's a better gamble: possessing the knowledge and potentially underutilizing it, or lacking the knowledge altogether?

"Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself."
—George Bernard Shaw.

The PI Behavioral Assessment, commonly referred to as the Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment, is a scientifically validated tool used by many organizations to measure and predict workplace behavior.

The assessment gives insight into individuals' motivations, needs, drives, and potential for success in each role or environment.

Key features and points about the PI Behavioral Assessment:

  1. Basis: The assessment is grounded in the science of behavior and has been developed and refined for over 60 years.
  2. Structure: Typically, it involves a free-choice format where participants are presented with a list of adjectives and asked to select those that they feel describe them. The process is then repeated, but in the context of how they believe others expect them to behave.
  3. Output: Results are given in the form of patterns on four primary factors: Dominance, Extraversion, Patience, and Formality. Each factor is represented on a continuum. The patterns formed by a person's scores on these continuums can be related to various work-related behaviors and tendencies.
  4. Applications: Companies use the PI Behavioral Assessment for various purposes, including hiring, team building, leadership development, sales, and productivity optimization, and more. It's particularly useful for understanding the behavioral drives and needs of employees and candidates.
  5. Cognitive Assessment: In addition to the Behavioral Assessment, there's also the PI Cognitive Assessment, which measures an individual's ability to learn, adapt, and grasp new concepts. While the Behavioral Assessment focuses on personality and drives, the Cognitive Assessment focuses on raw intellectual capabilities.
  6. Training and Interpretation: To get the most out of the PI Behavioral Assessment, many organizations undergo training or hire certified consultants to correctly interpret and apply the results.

PI takes only six minutes, provides insights anyone can understand, and tells you exactly how to apply the learnings in your day-to-day. This means their 10,000+ customers have no problem rolling it out and getting results right away.

You can try it for free now - for yourself and your team - and see how thousands of teams are using PI to turn their talent into their competitive advantage.

Working-Genius-Assessment

The "Working Genius" assessment is a tool created by Patrick Lencioni and Cody Thompson.

Patrick Lencioni is known for his books and theories on organizational health and team dynamics. The Working Genius assessment is one of the tools he introduced to help individuals and teams understand their natural talents and abilities when it comes to work.

The assessment is based on six types of working geniuses, which are:

  1. Wonder – People with this gift are constantly pondering the potential and possibilities in the world around them.
  2. Discernment – These individuals have good intuition and can evaluate things instinctively.
  3. Completion – They are driven to bring things across the finish line and ensure that all projects and tasks are thoroughly completed.
  4. Galvanization – They excel at rallying and motivating others, pushing initiatives forward.
  5. Enablement – Individuals with this genius have the knack for providing support, removing obstacles, and giving others what they need to succeed.
  6. Arrangement – They can organize pieces and details into a comprehensive and effective whole.

The purpose of the assessment is to help people identify which of these geniuses come most naturally to them. By knowing one's strengths and the strengths of team members, teams can function more efficiently, and individuals can find greater satisfaction in their roles.

There is not a free version of Working Genius, but it is well worth the $25.
